What are your favorite memories of NHS?

Going to all the parties, wherever they may have been... No doubt our class prank. Putting the VW in the courtyard was priceless... Meeting down at the Fayette getting some liquid courage and running from the cops on top of the school... I was the lucky one that actually got away. I ran like hell!

High points of your life since high school?

Obviously my children. I don't know what I would do without them. Tarah lives in Detroit and is a loan processor. Michael lives here in Niles and works for me. Amber goes to Bethel College and plays basketball Mat goes to Albion College and plays soccer.

How often do you get back to Niles, MI?

I never left this wonderful town!

Do you still see/talk to/hang out with any classmates? Who?

Tom Bonner, who I see a lot. He still helps me put Santa in the river every Christmas. Bill Messner. Craig Worvey. Gary Bates, Jerry & Terry French are my neighbors at the lake.

Did you have any nicknames in school? If so, what were they?

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Follow my kids around to wherever they are playing sports. Ride my bike whenever I can and spend time soaking up the sun on Barron Lake.
