Calvin Sycamore's house is haunted by a previous resident: Susanella Indacella. She's been known to write mysterious messages on the ceiling of certain bedrooms in "Lightning-Bug Glo Juice", and scream along with the lyrics to any popular Monkees song. Out another bedroom window.

She must be stopped.

I am alive and well, missing everyone's b-days right and left, yet toasting to everyone of them! So far this year I have two awesome students that I cherish everyday! One is Andrew Merica, yes, Steve's son and Sarah Carpenter, Rex's daughter - they are both precious!!! As soon as I make other connections, I will let ya'll know but I told the kids not to tell me if I knew their grandparents so of course Spencer Fuller had to inform me about Grandma Barb & Grandpa Kevin ... whatever!

Cheryl, when's your next "in service" day, so you can catch up on our website?

Becky tells me you can generate your "porn" name in a similar way: take your pet's name, that's your first name; then the street name for the last name. I guess that makes me Joe Casale... Becky was formerly Midnight Place. Not that she...oh, never mind!

I have been catching up on this forum!!! Wow you are having fun with it!
Went to Tennesse a couple of week's ago and stayed at a friend's Cabin in Pigeon Forge. Took the bikes down and rode the Smokey Mountain's, It was Awesome. Also rode down the Tail Of the Dragon - 318 curves in 11 miles - that was quite a ride. You end up in North Carolina at the end of it. We had a bear with her two cub's walk across the road right in front of us!!
As for Porn Name's, Jim I also have a Midnight -
So Midnight Lake signing off for now!!!

Inspector Knickers wants to know why so many people hate James Sagebrush. Not that he's been found in a pool of blood, bludgeoned to death with a Maltese Falcon, although all things are possible in fiction...
Of course, he's been blackmailing Calvin Sycamore and Susanella Indicella (who plays cello and saw) over their love affair. And he ruined Harley Lake View (?) by drilling diagonally and stealing all her oil...
And he kidnapped Vanderwater Sagebrush, who had been having an affair with Clyde Firwood.
But suddenly, there's a plot twist...

Yes, someone is a cross dresser and left their purse in the study with a lead pipe in it!

Sharon Simons (Hettinger)

Oh yes--the plot twist...

He found a phone directory, and suddenly the cast of characters greatly increased, while the plot...well--was there one? Or was it just the local cemetery?

Tom Houseman

Tis was not a phone directory - it was an Al-Anon directory...with lots of names from a former group called Counterpoints (?)

10/02/09 04:28 PM #3223

Cheryl Frame (Malinowski)

Not to change the subject but I was kicked out of Counter Points at Ballard b/c my performance uniform was too short! Jeannie Oswalt cut me loose! Actually I had a choice but finally I was excited about being in public school and getting to show my knee so I chose to bow out. She took me in her office, closed the door, and made me bend over and grab my ankles - that's where she made her decision. I tried to convince her that I would NEVER be in that position on stage but she wouldn't go for it. I loved her dearly and now I would agree whole-heartedly with her decision but can you imagine the law suit?
I never played "Clue" very much but I think someone was in the closet, behind the library with a lead pipe in one hand and a candle stick in the other.... with Vaseline?

I'm going out on a limb and say it was, Willie makeit and Betty don't!!

10/02/09 09:55 PM #3225

Ya know, Cheryl, they shouldda had a "counterpoint" organization to the Counterpoints, where aspiring naughty girls such as yerself could have practiced those arts for which you were so uniquely suited... Not to pry, but this dress, it didn't happen to be a penafore, like the one Wendy Addams wore, would it?
Just curious.
And may I just say, how proud I am that you are teaching at Ring Lardner? It just feels right! Vaseline, indeed. I think some chapters of this book we're writing might need to be carried on in, how you say, chat rooms?
Anyway, I just popped in to say,
"You go, girl!"

Wendy Rehm (Comar)

I have a weird story about Jeannie Oswalt. I was in choir class--first day of the new school year at Ballard. She was taking attendance and stumbled upon my name---of course no one could pronounce Rehm for some reason. Anyway, she said my last name was familiar to her.....after an odd discussion we determined that she had met my older brother Steve in the hospital in Okinawa when she visited the troops on a USO tour that summer. He was having knee surgery while in the Air Force. She had taken a picture with him. So that is my contribution to a small world discussion.......still didn't help my choir grades though.

James Sagebrush was last seen heading south from Oklahoma territory thru Texas.Judge Roy Bean - the hanging judge - has sent a posse in pursuit of the suspect.

In the meantime Vanderwater Sagebrush has been exposed for the fraud that she is and currently playing the lobby piano in the Grand Hotel @ Mackinaw Island during the early evening hours. Rumor has it the later part of the evening includes...

Ice cube shuffleboard, on the world's longest porch!
But one night, someone decided to hold Vanderwater underwater, in view of the Mackinaw Bridge!

Hey, was James Sagebrush's nickname "Jessie?" Sounds like Jessie James Sagebrush is due for an encounter with Judge Roy Bean!

Tom Houseman

But while underwater Vanderwater Sagebrush rubbed the magic penny in her pocket and is now in Germany hoisting beer in the local beer garden. (BTW - she lost the shuffleboard game - hence being held underwater)

Steve Merica

Yes, there is still the ghost of Vanderwater sagebrush blowing in the wind to this very day! She served Jessie James sagebrush a warm beer and he shot her! It hit her lucky penny but still went through her heart, but she still lives in the wind, so listen and you can hear her say, lucky penny my ass!
