Jim Lanier

Yeah, I was thinking of renaming this "The Satellite of Love," like Mystery Science Theatre 3000? Whaddaya think, Sirs? (For those who haven't seen it, Joel is all alone on a space ship, forced to watch cheesy, B grade movies.)
I will publically admit to a post-reunion depression. I keep thinking, after that, what's left to live for? ;)Oh, sure, the next one, I suppose. But I'm reminded of a line from Pirates of the Carribean, something about no drink sates my thirst, food tastes of ashes. It's because I miss you guys.
And it's all your fault! (Mine too!) Come on, take personal responsibility!! This web site is only as good as the participants!
Oh, if you want to read a review of a recent CSN show, follow the link to my profile.

Hi y'all - Thanks to everyone for the birthday greetings. Where else can you get wishes from so many wonderful people hundreds of miles away, eh?

Sharon Simons (Hettinger)

We could start a mystery novel---

Perhaps Sir Lanier begins--sets the scene, introduces a few characters, etc., and then posts it. Those who are interested can contribute--and in that manner, we can all add a bit...That way we'll never know where the story will take us...a bit of creative work from the Class of '74. We could then bind and sell it at our 40th reunion.

Maybe people will pay us NOT to publish! [g]

Hi, All-nice to catch up and hear your voices again. Kristin-Happy Belated B'day!
Returned last week to real life after almost two weeks traveling along Big Blue-Omena, Walloon Lake and Saugatuck. Hit the jackpot in the weather department. Returned home to find my Dad fell and broke his OTHER hip! He valiantly/selfishly tried to return home for this rehab-who wouldn't rather be home?-but, has returned to a rehab unit for a few weeks, much to my Mom's relief. On that long note, Judy-here's to your speedy recovery. Kat will help you with love and laughs.
Hope all our Georgia peeps are safe and dry! And killer reunion photo-thanks!

That sounds interesting, Sharon. I'm thinking Roger Cutbank is a good, solid character name. Or how about Cutberth Rogerhammerinthepantry? As to location, I only have to look around my estate here at Lanier Manor...
Edna Withaknifeintheouthouse?

I'm going with Jackie in the atticcellarcloset.

Lanier Manor has its own mystique, I'd guess. Probably a few drawbridges over small moats, definitely a guard dog, and a knight in ?shining? armor?! maybe even this knight sings?

The character Mr Cutbank has a certain edge, eh? I think we need to work on Edna's surname...perhaps PARLE (= Fr for speak)...?

Rebecca d'Amour might be an additional character that you could incorporate? [g]

Let's hear from some others--Tom has added a character... Next?

Hi, group! I'm still around, although my computer isn't always cooperative, and still haven't gotten around to having someone check it out, technophobe that I am.

Novel idea about the book, tee-hee! I'll have to re-read some of the suggestions and let things cook in the ol' subconscious.

Am doing well, keeping busy at work and looking after my Mom and the household. My puppies are both a chore and a joy, both turning 1 this month.

Take care, all y'all! Happy belated wishes to those that I missed!

Well,.....if we're writing a book, we can't forget to include Nigel Bugoverthetopandintothecourtyard, now can we? After all, he was the one that started this whole thing...and he's a bloody good chap..

Tom Bonner

Try the limo, the driver's name is Rex Carrs!

09/26/09 03:35 PM #3198

Dick Crocker

I thought the limo driver's name was Kent Steerwell? If the limo is wrecked we can take it to the mechanic, Randy Batterydown.

There was a huge pipe burst at Lanier Manor so they had to call the plumber, Phil McCracken!! I hope they get it fixed soon!

Hey Dick, I remember Randy! He was younger then...
Anyway, it was a dark and stormy night... hey, Stormy Night! There was this website, you can probably find it, Vance, where they told you how to come up with your Soap Opera name? It was pretty good, you start with your middle name, I think, then the name of your street? Harrison El Camino Casale, signing off!

Wendy Rehm (Comar)

Hello everyone---I posted the list of everyone in the group photo on the Reunion 35 album page. You can copy and paste the list to a word document to print out and keep with your picture.

Sharon Simons (Hettinger)

And this is Louise Clare--don't we have great names!

Tom Houseman

James Sagebrush here - what if your spouse has no middle name? We've used her maiden name before, so I suppose she could be Vanderwater Sagebrush. Wow - that sounds like a "money" name for sure.

I'm thinking Vanderwater Sagebrush has been kidnapped - it is the dastardly husband trying to "inherit" all the money that she won't share or is it the former prom king
Robert Jefferson (a/k/a Tim Newsted) trying to relive his teenage years?

Stayed tuned...
