cheryl - buff his own bean. I love that, this may become a new hip phrase to explain full of themself people or something like that. I coined the phrase, I have the balls I just don't have the bat. I use to play with my barbies for hours, and when I got Ken, my mom proceeded to pull his pants down right away to check out his beans!!! Francie was also a friend or cousin of barbie. Tutti was the sister so was skipper. Alan was Kens friend, then Ken didnt want Barbie anymore. Most barbies are out of their heads, well at least that is how I see them these days, naked bodies without heads. I still have my original barbies in pretty much prestine condition. Speaking of Prestine, anyone know why he hasnt joined yet?

Hey Suellen, I've found one for you...I recall you mentioning a male dancer when you were on your last vacation. Sorry, can't do anything about the censorship.

Update: Suellen requested a more suitable dedication of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun":

Sue, it's for you:
There once was a Beulla from Mazoola
Who went to the Lolapalooza
She went to the hoolie
And looked for the stoolie,
But couldn't sit down without moola!

Hi all- I have created the t-shirt design survey which will run until 4-24. Click on: T-shirts? Vote here! on the left navigation bar. I will do a mass email on this in a day or so but I'm also getting ready to launch something else too that I will announce at the same time-- and I don't have it quite done yet....but it's close!

Out of time, need some help finishing the 2nd one:

There was an old doll from Niles
Named Ken who brought lassies many smiles
Since his head’s shaven clean
He buffs his own bean
The wax job can be seen for miles

There once was a doll named Ken
As an antique he was worth many yen
He fell on a cutlass
Which rendered him nutless
...

03/31/09 11:10 AM #1040

Tom Houseman

and made him totally worthless

or

and made him a "has ben"

Tom Bonner

Suellen Etzcorn (Foster)

JC,

"He fell on a Cutlass, which rendered him nutless"? PRICELESS!

Can we handle another 'Jim' whose a wordsmith? It's hard keeping up with Lanier! What's that I hear? Battle of the Jim's? Could work.

Based on JL's prior work, he wins the title.

Bill (Will) Townsley

Now he's just an old hen

Good job Will - I think you've got it!

03/31/09 02:10 PM #1046

Jim Camp

That IS good. Here's another shot:

There once was a doll named Ken
As an antique he was worth many yen
He fell on a cutlass
Which rendered him nutless
He'll procreate never again

That's hilarious, everything rhymes I think Jim C. captured everyone's comments!

Cheryl Frame (Malinowski)

I can't leave you guys for one night! Let me direct you back to #1036 where this all started! I was innocently making a non-naughty remark about Ken's BALD HEAD! What I meant was that the guy in the video couldn't be Ken because Ken never buffed his own bean... you know, like noggin... as in head. THEN Missy Flower-Botts put her own little twist on my phrase and damn it, I wish I could have taken the credit but that isn't what I meant, THEN all of a sudden I am reading about private parts from none other than James Camp! What is it about those Jims??? Well, I'll be dipped in do-do! I cannot leave for such lengths ever again;) Keep up the good work;)

Mike Wheeler (Teacher's Son-Class Of '73)

Sounds like there are a few ladies that do have them...

I always liked the phrase

"balls to you said the queen if I had em I'd be king"

03/31/09 08:53 PM #1051

Suellen Etzcorn (Foster)

Mike,

I might have to use that pharse on my boss... I'll let ya know how that goes.

To quote Suellen Etzcorn Foster "The Nuts never fall to far from the tree" or wherever they fall from

03/31/09 09:57 PM #1053

Jim Lanier

Cheryl, as a friend of mine says, I smell what you're steppin' in there. So you don't need to be dipped in do-do. It seems our class has a way with hard-to-explain euphamisms. At one point I was using a lot of euphamisms; in fact, I had to have a euphamectomy!
I turned down the facetiotomy, though...

03/31/09 10:11 PM #1054

Tom Bonner

To quote Joe paquette "I would rather have a bottle in front of me then a frontal labotomy"

sometimes I just get in a quoting mood

Sorry Craig not as good as the VW..

04/01/09 07:57 AM #1056

Jim Camp

Cheryl,
If you look back it is clear that no new concepts were introduced in the Limericks. As Vance noted, I simply summarized. If you're looking for a scapegoat, that is fine with me. However I had nothing to do with the VW. Missed the fun on that one.

Cheryl,

Better Jim's than Johnson's...er so to speak
