I don't who owns what, I just copy the pictures that I like and save them, I don't profit by them, I just share them, if you want to use it someone'll need to check on it.
There is no way you will have to worry about copy rights on that, we will be in Michigan! People sell things on the street all over the world and don't get "busted" It is just a fun Idea, unless you plan on mass marketing them? Then we could just alter the bananna peel to be dark and bruiesed or something, change the lipstick colors from the straberry to have darker red and the pear to have pink.........see how it goes???
