BTW- Does anyone ever go on that "LIVE CHAT" because everytime I check in, I'm the only one to talk to and not that I haven't been known to talk to myself but it just isn't as fun because I already know all my replies!

I just got back from Hacienda with my AFG daughter, her fiance, 6 of her MSU party buddies and Amy & Steve Bender and his mom, Scottie :) BTW - she is such a beautiful woman - smiling all the time!!!
We all had a great time but needless to say all the adults will be in bed by 11:00. My daughter is in the shower and they are getting READY to go out. I am sure that we probably did that too but I just can't remember that long ago.

Hi Steve, I think an annual day at the beach sounds great, but I think you would have better attendance if you planned it on another weekend. The weekend of the 4th is usually busy with barbeques, family, and fireworks.

On another subject, I can't believe that the class of "75" is saying our senior prank was a yawner...what's up with these youngsters these days...no respect.

In just 4 short months, (June 2010) I will be making the big move from sunny CA to MI. My employer has agreed that I can bring my job with me and work from a home office in MI, and everything just seems to be falling into place.

Am I crazy to move back to MI at this time of my life when most people are looking for something warmer?

My child also turned 18 today!! I think I am having a life crisis...Ha Ha...change is good, change is good, change is good... I know you are right Kris and Steve, I am definitely looking forward to being near family and dear friends...and even though I have been in CA longer than MI, I still call MI my home...

Hi Kat, what else is there??? Well, this is me planning ahead...my 5 year plan. As beautiful as CA is, it is just too darn expensive to live here! I don't know if I would EVER be able to retire here and I don't want to work forever. I want to be able to travel and see some of the world before I can't. I am hoping that by moving back to MI, I will be able to save more money for some really great trips and enjoy life even more than I do now. Another bonus is coming home to my mom, my brothers and their families, and my forever friends. Do you think you will ever leave CA? Brenda
